2. Refund Timeline and Rates

If you cancel within the first week of classes

Cancellation during the second week

3. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

  • Medical certificate from registered doctor required
  • Emergency must prevent course completion
  • Case-by-case evaluation with management approval
  • May offer course transfer instead of refund

Technical Issues

  • Persistent platform or app failures beyond student control
  • Poor video quality or connectivity from our end
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours
  • Full refund if technical issues cannot be resolved

Course Changes by Us

  • Significant changes to course content or schedule
  • Faculty changes that substantially affect course quality
  • Full refund or course transfer options available
  • Students will be notified 15 days in advance

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Registration and admission fees
  • Printed study materials already dispatched
  • One-on-one counseling sessions completed
  • Practice test packages once accessed
  • Digital downloads and materials accessed
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Course completion certificates
  • Extended support services utilized

  7. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

Credit/Debit Cards

5-7 business days to reflect in your account

Bank Transfer

3-5 business days for NEFT/RTGS transfers

UPI/Digital Wallets

1-3 business days for digital payments

Cash Payments

Refunded via bank transfer to provided account

7. Partial Course Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, we offer course transfers:

  • Transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
  • Transfer to future batches of the same course
  • Credit note valid for 12 months from issue date
  • One-time transfer allowed per enrollment
  • Transfer requests subject to availability
  • Additional fees may apply for higher-value courses

8. Dispute Resolution

Internal Review

  • If unsatisfied with initial decision, request management review
  • Provide additional information or documentation
  • Management review completed within 7 business days
  • Final decision communicated in writing

External Mediation

  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to consumer forums
